I build xpenses on my own. Write to levochkaaa@icloud.com, or use Write to the developer in the app's Settings. If you have xpenses+, or are thinking about it, and a feature is missing, tell me and I'll build it.

Sync between devices

xpenses syncs through iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account on each device and check that iCloud is on for xpenses in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. On a new device, your data arrives in the background a few seconds to a few minutes after the first launch; example transactions added before it arrives are removed by themselves.

Adding expenses without opening the app

• Ask Siri: “Add expense by voice in xpenses”.
• Put it on the Action Button: Settings → Action Button → Shortcut → xpenses.
• Add the xpenses widgets to the Home Screen, the Lock Screen or Control Center.
• Pick the language for voice entry in xpenses → Settings → Voice language.

Moving from another app

Settings → Import from CSV reads files exported from xpenses or ZenMoney and brings over wallets, categories, currencies and transactions. Import is free. A ZenMoney export has no account balances, so set your current balances in each wallet afterwards.

Example data

New users start with example transactions. Remove them with the Remove button above the transactions list, or in Settings.

xpenses+

• On a new device, open the paywall or Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your data

Delete the app, then delete the xpenses data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
